Biography Liliya Mano
Liliya Mano was born in 1989 in Donetsk region of Ukraine, used to work and live in Kyiv, but now she is residing in Switzerland.
The main plot of the paintings is usually everything that nature has created in all its thoughtfulness and aesthetics: landscapes, animals, flowers and people. Each painting is a celebration of the wisdom and majesty of nature, the way to share love for each of its inspiring details in the moment, and also thoughts about of impact of humanity to ecology with its fatal consequences. The important goal of creativity is a reminder that we are only guests on Earth and it depends on humanity how the world will remain after us and how much it will be possible to preserve its originality and beauty, which can be seen in the paintings.
Naked figures symbolize freedom from material things, shifting the focus of attention to body aesthetics and unity with nature. It is closer to the artist to depict the feminine element in her works, because She is a woman and She can broadcast the feminine energy, while understanding it. The artist loves the woman in her, she loves female energy, which can be completely different: gentle, inspiring, playful, strong, empathetic, uncompromising. Women are so different and beautiful, each of them has a powerful charge and energy resource.

The juxtaposition of the nude girl and the real snake around her neck symbolizes the harmonious coexistence we can achieve with the natural world when we embrace our vulnerability and authenticity. The girl's serene expression showcases her complete trust in the magnificent creature, emphasizing the profound beauty of mutual respect and understanding between beings.
Through this piece, I aimed to evoke a sense of awe and wonder, inviting viewers to contemplate the delicate balance between humanity and the animal kingdom. By depicting the girl's self-assured posture, I wanted to portray the strength that emanates from embracing one's true self, unapologetically and without reservation.

In the painting "Samsara", the ancient concept of rebirth is intertwined with the mesmerizing symbolism of the snake. The painting conveys the essence of cyclic renewal, drawing the viewer into a world of deep introspection.
At the center of the painting is a magnificent snake whose scales are a symphony of shimmering hues, gracefully wriggling, embodying the eternal cycle of life and death. In its appearance one can feel a calm energy, speaking of cosmic rhythms and the endless dance of existence.
The colors used in the painting reflect the spectrum of life experience: from bright green, symbolizing growth and vitality, to deep blue, representing introspection and wisdom. Golden accents convey the radiance of enlightenment and the dawning realization of the interconnectedness of all things.
"Samsara" is an invitation to reflect on the eternal cycles that govern our existence and the potential for deep growth and evolution. The use of color creates a meditative atmosphere, engaging the viewer in a state of contemplation of the interconnectedness between life, death and the limitless realm of rebirth.
