My Brand Name is JK22Art, short for Just-Kiki-22-Art; it used to be JK22 Art Bakery and you will find my insta @jk22art.

My actual name is Kiki, just Kiki, short for nothing and my only given name.
I was named after Kiki Amsberg, a Dutch journalist that stood up for women-rights

and I guess that name must have rubbed off on me.

I have been intuitively creating for many years in different areas. I love writing, designing, dancing, collaging, drawing, singing and I was able to use my creativity as a freelance Marketer for over 20 years.

I started doing small art-projects to help me cope with an extremely difficult time in my life and people started to ask me if my work was for sale. So I started doing custom designs.

Sometimes it can be overwhelming to live with this crazy mind of mine but I am happy that creating collages, paintings and digital art are finding resonance beyond its intended purpose. In periodic isolation I create, as an outlet to process things happening in the world, my innerworld and mental health challenges. I call it manic creations or manic creativity.

I always address multiple themes, such as mental health awareness, LGBTQIA+ issues, ethnic diversity, animal rights or political issues. For every item that I sell I will spend a % to a charity for queer people, mental health and feminist projects or animal rescue.
